The server Admin and IRCops of XWorld want to welcome you to our
beloved network.  We will do our utmost to make your experience in
XWorld a pleasant one.  Please feel free to join #xworld channel at any
time if you need our assistance while you are in XWorld.

IRCops will not get involved in channel politics.  We will help you if you
have problems with keeping out a flooder, spammer, or rude user who
is avoiding a ban you set on him.  The channel rules are determined by
the channel owner and implemented by the channel operators. We will
help you with XS commands if you have problems with them.  You can
normally find active Channel Services people in #channel_services.  If
no one is active in there check in #xworld to see if anyone can help you.

IRCops in XWorld surf the channels at times so we can get to know our
users and help them get to know us.  If one of us stops in, please don't
assume that we are there because of a problem or to spy on you.  We
like to chat too!  All XWorld IRCops have the same hostname so you
know who we are: username@xworld.ops

If you wish to find out who the Admin is of the server you are using, type
/admin  and it will display the information in your server window.  If you
wish to find the name of another server's Admin type /admin servername
and it will show in your server window. (Note: this will not work for WebTV
users until WebTV allows you to utilize the notice feature in IRC.)

To get the list of all the servers type /links  (Note:  this will not work
for WebTV users until WebTV allows you to utilize the notice feature.)

If you want to register a channel in XWorld join #channel_services and
they will be more than happy to help you.

To see all available channels type /list  (Note: this will not work for WebTV
users until WebTV allows you to utilize the /list command.)
